Which License Type Is Right For You?

  • Class B: ideal for individuals with moderate to high investment capital wishing to pursue a more sizable operation.

  • Class C: ideal for large commercial developments.

How Do Growers Sell Product?

Growers are able to transfer and sell their harvested product to retailers (adult-use) or provisioning centers (medical), processors, and to other growers.

They are also able to transfer both immature and mature plants to other growers, which must be done through a licensed secure transporter.

Additionally, growers can transfer and sell seeds and other genetic material to other growers, which does not require using a secure transporter.

It's important to note that adult-use growers can only sell to adult-use facilities, and medical growers can only sell to medical facilities.
